What we can hold, stage by stage.

The same four stages that carry a project from drawing to running line, opened up into the specifications behind each one. No stage is subcontracted, so nothing is handed between vendors at the point where projects usually fail.

Process Capability

Read down the rail. Each stage lists what it covers and what it is held to.

  1. Design & Analysis

    Mechanical design and structural validation before anything is cut. Where a drawing arrives incomplete, this is the stage that closes it.

    Dimensional inspection against the original CAD, and the in-line quality system that keeps findings visible while a line is running.

    Advanced Quality Control (AQC)

    Our own capture-and-report system: vision, thermography and leak detection feeding a reporting portal, so a quality finding on the floor becomes a corrective action rather than a manual record.
